Calendar SUpport

To add the team schedule to your personal calendar, follow the suggested steps below:

Google Calendar

  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar.

  2. Next to "Other calendars" on the left, click the Down arrow.

  3. Select Add by URL.

  4. Enter the calendar's address in the field provided. The address needs to be the ICAL link (links provided below).

  5. Click Add Calendar. The calendar will appear on the left side under "Other calendars."

If you add the calendars using a desktop browser they may not show up on your mobile phone. To ensure that the calendars appear on both visit the Google Calendar Sync Settings and make sure that the shared calendars are selected.

iPhone Calendar

  1. In iOS settings, select "Accounts" or "Accounts and Passwords"

  2. Select "Add account" option

  3. Select "Other" option

  4. Select "Add Subscribed Calendar" option

  5. Paste the ICAL link into the space provided.

iCloud Calendar
