18th Annual Concord - Carlisle Masters SCM Swim Mini-Meet.

The 18th Annual Concord - Carlisle Masters SCM Swim Mini-Meet will be held on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at the Beede Aquatic Center in Concord, MA.

This Masters Swim Meet (recognized by NE-LMSC) is a hosted by the Concord Carlisle Swim & Dive Team as a fundraiser to support the 2025-26 season.  This is a low-key event open to all experienced masters swimmers, first-time competitors, coaches, teachers, parents and, of course, CCHS Swim & Dive Team alumni. Participants choose from 12 different individual "short course meters" events ranging from the 50m Butterfly to the 400m Freestyle and a 13th event - a 400m relay.  Swimmers may enter up to five (5) individual events and swim in the relay. Warm-ups begin at 7:45 am and we try to have the meet wrapped up by 12:15 pm. 

Meet Registration: Recognized by NE-LMSC for USMS, Inc. - Registration Number 025 - R011.

Location: Beede Aquatics Center, 498 Walden Street, Concord, MA (on campus of Concord Carlisle High School)

Time: 7:45 am Warm-up, 8:45 am Start, 12:15 pm estimated finish

Meet Check-in: We ask that all athletes check-in at the Welcome Table just inside the entrance to the Beede Center on the day of the event.

Scratches: Athletes can declare their desire to scratch from an event at check-in on the day of the event at the Welcome Table or at the Scoring Table on deck, a minimum of 15 minutes before the vent begins.

Format: 8 - Lane. 25 Meter Competition Pool, Short Course Meters

Entry Fee: $30 entry fee and an additional $5 per event (maximum 5 events)

Registration: Registration and payment for event are online only.

Electronic Entry Deadline: Thursday, November 13, 2025 at midnight - Limited to first 150 entrants. 

(If there is space, we will allow day of registrations and update the website accordingly).

Age Determinant Date: By the age as of December 31, 2025.

Seeding Information: Mixed male/female seeding, slow to fast

Order of Events: 1.100m Butterfly, 2. 50m Backstroke, 3. 100m Breaststroke, 4. 50m Freestyle, 5. 100m IM, 6. 200m Freestyle, 7. 50m Butterfly, 8. 100m Backstroke, 9. 50m Breaststroke, 10. 100m Freestyle, 11. 200m IM, 12. 400m Freestyle, 13. 400m Relay

400m Relay: You may submit your four (4) person relay team in advance by adding it to the registration form or sending an email to ConcordMastersMeet@gmail.com. If there are unattached swimmers that want to participate in the 400m Relay - we will happily put together some relays teams on the day of the event. 

Warm-ups/Warm-downs: The entire 8-lane pool will be available for warm-ups beginning at 7:45 am. After the meet begins, the dive well wil lbe available for warm-ups and warm-downs during the meet.

Timing System: Automatic - Colorado Timing System with Touchpads (with redundant back-up plunger and stopwatches).

Record Eligibility Statement: Times from this competition will be eligible for world records, USMS records, and Top 10 consideration. As a USMS Recognized Event, this event allows some participants not to be USMS members but still allows for a USMS member's results to count as an official time.
